  • Your e–Siyakhokha profile is immediately updated with all payment information.
  • Your last 5 payments are available for viewing within MyBills and for a minimum of 2 years within e–Siyakhokha.

Add Ekurhuleni to your MyBills profile

Follow the steps below to add your account:

  1. Log onto Internet Banking
  2. Select Payments
  3. Select MyBills.
  4. Select Add New Biller
  5. Select Add next to e-Siyakhokha Metropolitan Municipality.
  6. Select Confirm

Pay your e-Siyakhokha account

Follow the steps below to pay your account:

  1. Log onto Internet Banking
  2. Select Payments
  3. Select MyBills.
  4. Select the e-Siyakhokha statement to pay.
  5. Complete My reference details and confirm amount.
  6. Select the e-Siyakhokha statement to pay.

NOTE: Standard Bank only allows you to pay the account associated with your identity or passport number. You may however add more accounts to your profile within e–Siyakhokha. e–Siyakhokha then associates these accounts with your identity or passport number to make them available within MyBills.
